Payments: NO personal checks. Payments must be in Cashier's Check, Money Order, Apple Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or Chime. Late Payments have a $100 Fee. If over 15 days late, will result in eviction.
Pet Fee: one-time nonrefundable fee of $300 per cat/dog and may be paid out $50/mo per pet. Unauthorized pets have a $600 Fine.
Repair Fee: one-time nonrefundable fee.
Lease Term: month to month.
Inspections: done occasionally.
Utility Bills: tenant is responsible unless otherwise noted in the ad.
